Through committee involvement, members have the opportunity to affect change in areas specific to their business and make important business contacts. Committee Meetings are held at the Chamber Office Conference Room unless otherwise noted. If you are interested in participating in any of these committees, use our online committee application to submit your request.
Ambassadors Committee
Public Relations arm of the Chamber. Welcomes, greets and introduces new members at Chamber fundraising events, monthly mixers, ribbon cuttings and community events. Read more about the Ambassador commitee >>
Events Committee
Oversight on all programs and events. Decide on mixer venues. Discuss ways to increase participation for events. View the Chamber Event Calendar >>
Board of Directors
These business and community leaders are advocates for the Palo Alto community. They represent a cross section of businesses from the standpoints of sector and size, and bring a wise collective insight and high caliber of expertise to their positions while generously volunteering their time.

Oversight on annual budget, review monthly finances. Present monthly finances to board.
Government Action Committee to BAPPF
Monitors local government actions and policies plus maintains communication with local and regional officials; develops positions on city, county and state issues impacting business community; interacts with and provides input to city on matters regarding economic development; actively supports and assists in implementing key projects that involve business attraction, retention and expansion.
Palo Alto Business Goes Green Committee
