The Chamber Finance Committee, under the guidance of the President/CEO and the Vice Chair/Finance the committee

• Reviews the annual budget of the Chamber as prepared by the President/CEO
• Presents the annual budget to the board of directors for approval at the July board meeting of each year
• Oversees an audit of the books of account of the chamber, at such times as may be required by the board of directors
• Reviews monthly financials statements of position
• Makes recommendations based on the Chamber’s financial condition
