Join artist Mari Andrews on Saturdays, October 15 and 22 from 2-4 p.m., as she conducts free nature walks through the Palo Alto Art Center and Riconada Library grounds as part of her Creative Ecology residency. Participants will find and collect natural objects and turn them into wire-based sculptures, based on the artist’s own artwork. The Palo Alto Junior Museum & Zoo will also be leading activities in plant identification and sorting, and a representative with Canopy will be on-hand to provide information on the trees growing on the grounds. Bring the family and join us for this great autumn outdoor activity!
