Leadership Palo Alto accelerates local leaders through a 10-full day immersion program over an academic year. Leadership Palo Alto Fellows gain an in-depth understanding of the full spectrum of Palo Alto life, including our local economic, social and government challenges, opportunities and trends while considering Palo Alto’s global influence.

Program Fellows gain 21st century leadership skills and emerge ready to take their leadership and impact to the next level as effective change agents. LPA Fellows join a powerful network of inspired and committed leaders in their fields.  Whether in their work lives, or as engaged members of councils, boards, campaigns and other community leadership platforms, Leadership Palo Alto Fellows are poised to have an impact far beyond our community.
