Mom and Toddler Yoga
Whether you are a new mom or have been at it for a few years, it’s hard to find the time to meet your own needs while taking care of others’. Jeanna’s classes provide the opportunity to get numerous needs met at once: stretching and strengthening the body, connecting with other moms, letting go of the long “to-do” list in order to simply enjoy the relationship with your little one. Children are welcome to practice with you or to simply do what they do best: play! Set to child-friendly music, the practice is a moderate Vinyasa flow with options to work at different levels.
